Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Imagine Flying LLC website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Aviation training and pilot services

All flight training, mentoring and ferry flight services are subject to FAA and, where applicable, EASA regulations, weather, aircraft availability and airworthiness, and the discretion of the pilot in command. Scheduling, cancellation and refund terms are set out separately in the training or service agreement for each engagement.

No guarantee of outcome

Training progress and certification outcomes depend on individual ability, preparation and regulatory decisions outside our control, including examiner and authority determinations. We provide services in good faith and with professional care but do not guarantee a specific outcome, timeline or regulatory result.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your certificates, ratings, medical status and experience, to maintain the medical certificates and documents required for your training, and to comply with all applicable aviation and immigration regulations, including TSA Flight Training Security Program requirements for non-US citizens.

The information on this website is general and does not replace the applicable regulations, manufacturer publications or a written training plan. Regulatory references are provided for orientation and may change.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, training materials and the SF50 computer based training platform, is the property of Imagine Flying LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Imagine Flying LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Liability for training and pilot services is governed by the written agreement for each engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
