Who we are

Imagine Flying LLC ("we", "us") provides Cirrus Vision Jet training, pilot services and FAA certification guidance for international pilots. Our base is Jacksonville Executive Airport at Craig (KCRG), 985 Charles Lindbergh Dr, Ste 3E, Jacksonville, FL 32225, USA. You can reach us through the contact form on imagineflying.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you contact us through this website, by email, or when you enrol in a training program: your name, email address, country, phone number if you choose to give it, your message, and details about your certificates, ratings, aircraft and training goals that you include so we can advise you.

When you submit the contact form we also record the page you sent it from, any campaign parameters in the address, your browser's user-agent string and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash lets us limit abuse of the form; it cannot be turned back into your address.

How we use your information

We use this information to reply to you, to prepare a training or certification plan, to deliver and improve our training services, to communicate about programs you have asked about, and to comply with aviation regulations and record-keeping duties, such as FAA and EASA training records.

We do not use the contact form to add you to marketing lists. You receive one automatic confirmation when your message is delivered, then personal replies.

Analytics

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookie-free service that records page views and aggregate, anonymised visit statistics. It does not track you across websites and sets no cookies.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (secure storage of contact form messages), and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data on our behalf under their own data processing terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or by aviation authorities.

International transfers

Imagine Flying LLC is based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information is transferred to and processed in the US.

Retention

Contact form messages are retained while we are in a conversation with you and for a reasonable time afterwards so we can pick it up again. Training records are kept for the period required by aviation regulations.

Your rights

You may ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping obligations. Send your request through the contact form and we will respond promptly.

Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
